Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of haircare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Return Process
Email us at info@crownedkokoji.com to request a return authorization.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Ship the item back in its original, unopened condition.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we receive and inspect the return.
Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
