Eligibility for Returns

  • Due to the hygienic nature of haircare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@crownedkokoji.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@crownedkokoji.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back in its original, unopened condition.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
